Along Via Flaminia
The River Château Hotel is located in Via Flaminia, the ancient road which was completed by the consul Gaio Flaminio Nepote in 219 b.C. and that connects Rome to Rimini.
Along its way you can discover real beauties like Magliano Romano’s bucolic surroundings, the ancient treasures in the Archaeological Park of Otricoli and San Cassiano’s abbey in Narni. If you take the Cassia from here, you will arrive to Arezzo where you can admire Piero Della Francesca’s frescos, which deal, by the way, with the story of the emperor Constantine and his victory in Ponte Milvio.
